ATS-3005
The main purpose of the ATS-3005 CNC milling machine is the processing of structural aluminum and PVC profiles. The machine is perfect for drilling and milling profile parts in the production of door and window systems, advertising and commercial structures, furniture and facade systems.
The through working table of the machine allows you to process workpieces of any length, and the unique system for automatically fixing workpieces significantly speeds up the processes that accompany the processing itself.
To obtain a high quality milled aluminum surface, in addition to a powerful and durable machine design and a high-speed electrospindle, an automatic coolant supply system is additionally installed, which cools the cut zone during processing and removes chips from it.
